I was in-between sizes and so I sized up because I'd rather it feel more like a shirt than a bra - but the outer straps (that werent crossed) were both SO long and unevenly so that they were falling off my shoulders. I had to take it to an alteration place to get them tightened and in a better position. Making those adjustable would be the way to go in the future
