We've worked since 2016 to develop our sizes based on real people, and stretch test our garments to determine the sweet spot between support and comfort.
FITSO garments fit like a hug, not a squeeze! This generally gives a 40-50% stretch in all of our garments, so if you prefer a tighter fit we recommend sizing down.
