The numbers below are simply there to help you find the right fit with FITSO. We've worked since 2016 to develop our sizes based on real people, and stretch test our garments to determine the sweet spot between support and comfort. FITSO garments fit like a hug, not a squeeze! This generally gives a 40-50% stretch in all of our garments, so if you prefer a tighter fit we recommend sizing down.
