We recommend using a tape measure to get accurate body measurements and correlating those measurements to the size for each garment’s size measurements.
FITSO uses fabric from surplus fabric stores, so that we do not create any new fabric in circulation.
In the event a collection requires a fabric from a non-surplus vendor, we prioritize fabrics that are made from recycled water bottles.
The clothes are made in the United States either by Sami, the founder & CEO or by a small batch production team located in Minnesota.
No, because of the dyeing process and other factors in fabric creation, different colors may fit differently than others. Always remember you can exchange your unused garment for a different size. Always free exchanges.
FITSO clothing items should be washed on cold, without fabric softener. Items should be hang dried and not put in the dryer. This will preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces. This is also better for the environment, yay!
This is the first thing that made our owner, Sami, want to create this brand, to eliminate see through leggings! Our leggings are made with fabrics that are higher in GSM weight with most colors being 100% sheer-proof.
We accept unused and unwashed items with attached tags within 30 days from their shipping date. Once your return is confirmed, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, initiate an exchange, or provide store credit as per your request. Please use our provided return labels for tracking; we can't refund lost returns sent with other labels.
A $7 shipping and restocking fee applies to mailed-in refunds. However, local* exchanges and drop-off returns have no fees. If you're returning for store credit, the restocking fee is waived.
